What is a sincerity marriage?
- A "Sincerity Marriage" is a greater expression love and sincerity than current unprotected marriages allow.
- A "Sincerity Marriage" is backed up with premarital assessments and preparation.
- A "Sincerity Marriage" uses prenuptial agreements to protect the faithful and their children from robbery and deprivation of fundamental rights should one spouse become abusive or unfaithful.
- A "Sincerity Marriage" strives to align attorneys with saving marriages rather than destroying them. Attorneys hold responsibility for the enforceability of their prenuptial agreements they make.
Some people feel prenuptials should not be necessary for a couple who really love each other sincerely, but these prenuptials are not created for selfish reasons, but rather to provide security and protection to one's family from injustice and spell out remedies for typical marriage breaking problems that can arise in a marriage.
More details:
Sincerity levels are letter grades of A, B, C, D, or F corresponding to established levels of protection provided to the faithful and children to protect them from loss of their rights to live together full time and against loss of shared family assets and income.
Each level would have the following:
- Established premarital assessments, training and counseling. For example, Questions for Couples
- Identification of all common marriage breakers and agreement to prescribed remedies and/or consequences for them. See Love Busters
- Measures for compensation to the faithful and children for any provision that becomes unenforceable.
- Prepaid legal representation to protect the prenuptial agreements
- Insurance through attorney and his insurance company to provide compensation for loss should any provisions become indefensible
I am not an attorney myself, but I know two excellent attorneys I could feel happy recommending:
- Victoria Norwich (760)243-5121
- David Moody (806)791-2400
